We discuss a short film with a long title: It Is Not the Homosexual Who Is Perverse, But the Society in Which He Lives. Activist Rosa von Praunheim read Berlin’s gay community for filth. His political manifesto remains timely.

Unfortunately, the review of “Not the homosexual is perverted…” is terrible. Unfortunately, your guest has no idea about the situation of homosexuals in Germany in the early 1970s. He doesn’t even understand that Rosa von Praunheim deliberately provoked the community in order to mobilize them. Otherwise the film would not have triggered the modern gay movement in Germany. It would be nice if you had guests who were a little better informed on such subjects. 20 minutes of nonsense and a waste of time. Unfortunately, because I generally like your podcast.
